1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MonileGo's services, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
MonileGo provides premium ground transportation services across Egypt, including intercity transfers, airport pickups, and tourist transportation. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our operations team.
3. Bookings and Payments
- All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified at checkout.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the quoted price.
4. Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours before departure: Full refund.
- 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours: No refund.
- No-shows are treated as cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for being at the agreed pickup location on time. MonileGo reserves the right to depart after a 15-minute grace period. Passengers must not engage in behavior that endangers the driver or other passengers.
6. Liability Limitations
MonileGo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Changes to Terms
MonileGo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
