We offer three vehicle classes: Sedan (up to 3 passengers, up to 3 bags), SUV (up to 6 passengers, up to 5 bags), and Van (up to 9 passengers, unlimited bags).
How far in advance should I book?expand_more
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, but we accept last-minute requests subject to availability. For airport pickups, please book at least 12 hours ahead.
Do you provide door-to-door service?expand_more
Yes. All transfers are fully door-to-door. Your driver picks you up from your address and drops you off at the exact destination — no shared shuttles or bus stops.

Payment is made in EGP (Egyptian Pounds) on the day of your trip — cash or bank transfer. No advance online payment is required.

Yes. All prices shown on our website are fixed and all-inclusive. No fuel surcharges, toll fees, or tip requirements.
Are your drivers licensed and vetted?expand_more
All drivers are professionally licensed, background-checked, and trained in customer service and road safety. We do not use freelance or unverified drivers.
What if my driver is late?expand_more
Our drivers aim to arrive 10–15 minutes early. If any delay occurs, you will be notified immediately. Our 24/7 WhatsApp support team is always available.
What is your cancellation policy?expand_more
You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled trip at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Contact us via WhatsApp for urgent changes or rescheduling.
How much luggage can I bring?expand_more
Sedan: up to 3 standard bags. SUV: up to 5 bags (0 extra bags if more than 4 passengers). Van: unlimited. If you have oversized or special items, mention them in the booking notes.
Can I bring a wheelchair, bicycle, or surfboard?expand_more
Yes. Mention the item in your booking notes and we will assign an appropriate vehicle. Wheelchairs are accommodated at no extra charge.

Absolutely. We welcome families with children of all ages. Child seats can be arranged on request — please mention this when booking.

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). We show EUR and USD estimates for reference based on live exchange rates, but the final charge is always in EGP.

We accept cash payments in EUR and USD on the day, converted at the prevailing rate. For bank transfers, EGP is required.
